We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been delivered. Please check the product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
Wrong Product
If you receive a different product from what you ordered, contact us with your order details and supporting photos/videos. We will check the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests can be made before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
